Child Neurology
The service provides the care of child with developmental problems, congenital brain or spinal cord malformations, attention deficit disorders, autism, infant and child with epilepsy; cerebral palsy; headache, sleep problem, brain tumor.  Neurologists with specialized training in child neurology evaluate the patients in conjunction with specialized nurses in area of pediatrics.

Cognitive Behavioral Neurology
This is specialized service for person with memory and behavioral problems or family members with altered behavioral problems i.e. changes in performing daily activities, altered sleep wake cycle, violent and withdrawal.  Usual complaints of person with memory problems are becoming more forgetful, having trouble with memory, need to be reminded, misplacing items. Patients will be seen by a variety of professionals including neurologist, psychiatrists, and psychologist.  Complete social assessments, neuropsychological and psychiatric exams are a part of the center's interdisciplinary approach to diagnosis.

Diabetic Neuropathy service
More than half of DM patients have nerve damages from poorly controlled DM. Those with nerve damage or DM neuropathy will end up with foot ulcer and eventually amputation. Majority of them have no symptom at all and patients are unaware of this condition. Once nerve damaged, there are two broad categories of signs and symptoms either tingling, pain, numbness, or weakness in your feet and hands from sensorimotor polyneuropathy or autonomic symptoms eg. nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, urinary incontinence, impotence, dizziness or faintness , increased or decreased sweating from autonomic neuropathy. A lot can be done to prevent, delay or even to treat the nerve damage esp using of intravenous immunoglobulin in case of inflammatory demyelinating nerve damages frequently coexisting with DM polyneuropathy. Early and closed monitor nerve function by using sensitive methods i.e. Quantitative Sensory Testing (QST), nerve conduction studies (NCS)., and tight DM control are crucial

Epilepsy service
Epilepsy is a neurological disorder caused by sudden electrical impulse in brain; lead to seizures. Our service provides the care, diagnose, treat and monitor patient with epilepsy using standard EEG, VDO EEG and MRI brain. In majority, epilepsy can be controlled by medications or so called “anticonvulsants” or “antiepileptic drugs”; once the epilepsy is controlled; patients can live normal live. Minority of patient with intractable epilepsy will require epilepsy surgery, diet control.

Headache, Facial Pain, Chronic Pain service
Headache, either migraine or tension headache, neck and back pain, facial pain esp trigerminal neuralgia are among common neurological disorders seen in neurological clinics.  To better serve patients’ needs, our practice includes Pain Management Physicians, Board Certified Neurologists, Orthopedic Surgeon, and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation physicians.

Movement Disorders
Parkinson disease is a neurodegenerative brain disorder caused by loss of dopamine production in the brain. The key signs of Parkinson disease are: tremor (shaking)
slowness of movement , rigidity (stiffness), difficulty with balance, cramped handwriting, stiff facial expression, shuffling walk and depression. 

Neurometabolic and Neurogenetic Disorders
We see patients with hereditary neurodegenerative , mitochondrial , lysosomal storage ,peroxisomal, leukodystrophy, neurocutaneous diseases. We offer the diagnosis, treatment, genetic counseling for genetic and neurogenetic conditions. In collaboration with various genetic laboratories either in local or abroad throughout the world, the care of these rare and complex genetic disorders become feasible here in Thailand. 

Neuromuscular Disorders
Patients with weakness, muscle pain, exercise intolerance, difficulty walking, numbness over hands and feet will benefit from this service.  Neuromuscular consultation is available to diagnose polymyositis, muscular dystrophy, myasthenia gravis, inflammatory neuropathy (AIDP or CIDP). We provide comprehensive services to diagnose neuromuscular disorders ranging from electro diagnostic studies of neuromuscular disorders eg routine nerve conduction studies (NCS), electromyogram (EMG), repetitive stimulation, single fiber analysis (SFEMG), Muscle biopsy with special histochemistry and immunohistochemistry staining, to DNA base diagnosis and immunological studies.

Sleep Disorders
Sleep apnea is one of the major overlooked health problems. Undiagnosed sleep apnea increases the risk of heart attacks, strokes, impotence, irregular heartbeat, high blood pressure and heart disease.  In addition, it causes daytime sleepiness, with or without snoring that can result in accidents, poor memory, impaired executive function, lost productivity and interpersonal relationship problems.  The severity of the symptoms may be mild, moderate or severe.  Sleep apnea can present as insomnia, narcolepsy, or idiopathic hypersomnia. In infants and children sleep problems commonly present themselves as attention deficit disorder (ADD or ADHD), and been missed. Child sometimes presents with intractable severe morning headache.   Sleep apnea can be determined by sleep test, called polysomnography.  We offer the consultation, diagnosis and treatment of sleep apnea or sleep related breathing disorders and other sleep disorders eg. Insomnia, narcolepsy, shift work, restless legs. Our sleep laboratory provides overnight polysomnography, CPAP/BiPAP titration and multiple sleep latency tests (MSLT) test.  Management will be provided by team of pediatrician, neurologist, orthodontist, ENT specialist, and Chest specialist. 

Spasticity/EMG guided Botox injection service
The service run by a  team of medical professionals who specialize in the comprehensive, multidisciplinary evaluation and treatment of children and adults with spasticity and other movement disorders such as dystonia, chorea, athetosis, and tremor.   The services offer the treatment with oral medications, intrathecal baclofen, selective posterior rhizotomy, intramuscular botox injection under EMG guildance.  In particular cases, surgical interventions eg. selective posterior rhizotomies,  intrathecal baclofen  pump and selective peripheral nerve fasiculotemies  may be required.

Stroke service
Stroke is an emergency. The treatment with thrombolytic agent is available and recovery is expected in case patient arrival within the first 3 hours of symptoms. 

A stroke occur when the blood supply to the brain is interrupted or when a blood vessel in the brain bursts, spilling blood into the spaces surrounding brain cells. If stroke attacks, patients experience the following: sudden numbness or weakness of the face, arm or leg, especially on one side of the body; sudden confusion, trouble speaking or understanding, sudden trouble seeing in one or both eyes, sudden, severe headache with no known cause, sudden trouble walking, dizziness, loss of balance or coordination.

Our stroke services include multidisciplinary stroke response teams, specialty diagnostic testing services, stroke patient care units, acute inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation and neurointensive care transport service for patients who require specialized interventional services. We offer state-of-the-art neurological interventional suite (digital angiography equipment), CT and MRI angiography  and neurointensive car unit.
